This is a quiet, welcoming and green area, next to the main avenue Dr. Peset Aleixandre and Camino de Moncada, with excellent public transport connections, including several urban bus routes, a cycle lane, and just a 15-minute walk from the “Tránsits” stop on Metro Line 4. The area also offers a wide range of amenities, including Consum, Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets, as well as all kinds of local shops.

The flat is located on the third floor of a four-storey building without a lift. It consists of two bedrooms in total, a living-dining room, hallway, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, water heater and hob), two balconies and one bathroom.

The room includes a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and two lamps (desk lamp and ceiling light). The ceiling light also has an integrated fan.

The room is initially rented for a three-month period. If good coexistence is maintained and payment and house rules are respected, the rental period may be extended.

RENTAL:
Monthly rent: €420. The stated rent corresponds to the monthly rental amount for the room. For information purposes, and in accordance with current regulations:
• Legal deposit: none.
• Additional guarantees (if agreed): none, and they may not exceed the legally established limits.
• General expenses and utilities: not included; they are to be shared proportionally between the occupants according to the bills.
• Estate agency fees: payable by the landlord: one month’s rent plus VAT (21%), unless otherwise agreed; and by the tenant (according to agreement with the same).
